Care of product is important to retain the beauty of each piece. We recommend warm water with a soft (non-abrasive) polishing cloth. Please do not use any chemicals or cleaning products without consulting us.



Each piece of Sandy Leong Jewelry is inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt, provided the piece has not been worn or damaged. Please note that custom orders are final sale and not returnable. Shipping charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable. 

Once a return has been received, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.



Orders are processed within two business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Our standard method of shipping is FedEx standard delivery with signature required. Delivery is subject to FedEx shipping policies. A FedEx tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.

To ensure delivery of holiday orders or custom orders for a special occasion, please allow 4-6 weeks from the date the order is placed.
